The following are the Terms and Conditions, that govern your purchase and use of the products and services from JustoGo Mobile App, and constitute a legally binding agreement, between you ("the User", the "Customer") and JustoGo.

By creating an account or viewing the website or Mobile App or using any of the services or information created, collected, compiled or submitted to JustoGo Mobile App, you are deemed to have agreed to all the following Terms and Conditions of Sale and Service. So, before you use this Website and Mobile App, please read these Terms carefully as you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this Website or its App.

1. Creating an Account

You must be 18 years of age or older to register, use the services, or visit or use the Website and Mobile App in any manner. By registering, visiting and using the Website/App or accepting this Agreement, you represent and warrant to JustoGo that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the right, authority to use the Website/App and the services available through the App.

2. Terms of Sale

JustoGo reserves the right to discontinue any program or offer on its Mobile App.
JustoGo serves its products and service only in Bikaner (Rajasthan) now. So make sure the delivery address
should be in Bikaner city.
JustoGo’s office hours: 10 AM to 7 PM. So the customer can place the order 24x7 but expect the call in between official hours only.

3. Price and Payment

All service prices include all applicable statutory taxes
The payment mode is Online and Cash on Delivery (COD). In some cases the customer will have to pay the amount to our service provider.
Additional Service charges (if applied) will be separate from the advance amount. Customer will have to pay that additionally.
Site visit may vary depending on the customer's location but we will try to visit the site within 2-3 hours.

4. Refund Policy

At JustoGo, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the services. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:
Full Refund Possible If:

Once an service placed can’t be cancelled and no refund, but in case the service provider couldn't reach to you from our side then customer will get the refund.

5. Updates on Terms

From time to time we may change our terms. We will notify you of any material changes to these terms as required by law. We will also post an updated copy on our website. Please check our site periodically for updates.
